Security and privacy
How the platform keeps each organisation's data apart, who can see what, and how sign-in and files are protected.
The platform holds personal data about the people you employ, and some of it is sensitive. These pages explain in plain language how it is protected, for the HR lead weighing us up and for the employee wondering what their employer can see.
A few things hold everywhere on the platform.
Each organisation's data are kept apart, and the checks on who can see what run in the database, behind every screen.
Wellbeing answers reach an employer only as organisation-wide figures from five or more people. Below five, no figure is calculated at all.
People sign in with a one-time link sent to the email address on their record, so there are no passwords to manage.
Documents sit in private storage, and each download uses a link that stops working shortly afterwards.
How data are kept separate
Between organisations, between colleagues, and between roles.
What your employer can see
Wellbeing answers, your record, Total Reward, birthdays and the calendar.
Sign-in security
Email links, the confirm button, leavers and join links.
Files and documents
Private storage and short-lived download links.
What is recorded
The records the platform keeps, and the things it deliberately does not track.
If you need something these pages do not answer, such as detail for a supplier questionnaire, email hello@alltoogether.com.
