Getting help

There are three places to get help. The Help panel inside the platform answers common questions and opens a private chat with our team. This help library goes into each part of the platform in more depth. And you can always email us.

A Help button stays on screen wherever you are, in the employee app and in the admin portal. It opens a panel with two parts.

The first part lists answers to common questions. The ones it shows first are about the page you are on, and you can search every published answer.

The second part is a chat with the Alltoogether team. It is a private one-to-one conversation between you and us. The chat tab says so on every visit, and it also lists Samaritans, Mind and your organisation's employee assistance programme as other places to talk.

Admins get the same panel, with answers written for the admin portal.

If you are an admin, you can also reply to any email from us. That is how to ask for a module to be switched on or off, or to tell us a person cannot sign in.

Questions for your HR teamCopy Anchor Link

Some things only your employer can change. Ask your HR team about:

• the email address on your record, which you see in Settings but cannot change yourself
• your job title, department, manager or other employment details
• requests about the personal data your employer holds, which the privacy panel in Settings says go through HR

Your organisation's support page lists the support your employer provides, together with Samaritans, Mind, NHS 111 and 999. Support for your people in the wellbeing section explains where to find it.
