Support
The crisis lines and free resources on every check-in screen, and where to find the support your employer has in place.
Support appears in the same places for everyone who uses the Intelligent Wellbeing Engine, whatever they answer. Crisis lines are on every check-in screen. The support your employer already provides is on one page in the app and, if your employer has set one up, on a page you can open without logging in.
If you need help now
If you are in immediate danger, call 999.
Every check-in and welcome survey screen ends with the same footer, including the error screens:
Need support now? Samaritans 116 123 (free, 24/7), Mind 0300 123 3393, your EAP. Always here, whatever your answers.
The footer also links to the privacy notice. It is the same for everyone and never changes with what you answered.
At the end of every check-in
When you finish, you see a thank-you, a short tip in weeks that have one (the same for everyone that week), and the support lines above. The screen is identical for every person, whatever they answered.
When you finish a deep dive, the last screen lists free UK support: NHS talking therapies, Samaritans, Mind and ACAS, with phone numbers and links, and the reminder to call 999 in an emergency.
Your support page
My Wellbeing, then Your support, in the Alltoogether app. It lists the help that is already yours through work.
It shows:
- support services that come with the insurance policies you are an active member of, with how to reach each one (these might include an employee assistance helpline or a virtual GP)
- support your employer provides directly and has added to the platform
- a Free resources section, always, whatever benefits your employer has
Services marked for quick access, such as an EAP helpline, sit in a strip at the top as one-tap phone or website links. Below that, services are grouped under headings. You can search by name or type, and filter by area: Mental Health, Physical Health, Financial Wellbeing, Social Wellbeing or General.
If you said in your welcome survey which areas matter most to you, services in those areas are listed first, and the page names what you said. Your employer never sees this page.
Your home page also shows how many support services you have through your benefits, with a link to see them, and the Samaritans free line (116 123).
The support page without a login
Your employer can share a standing support page that anyone can open without logging in. The link is in the footer of every check-in email once your employer has one. It lists the support your employer provides for the whole workforce, each with its phone number, link, app, access code or instructions, plus free resources and fixed crisis lines: Samaritans, Mind, NHS 111 and 999.
Nothing on that page is tracked and no view is recorded, so your employer cannot tell who opened it. A Print button gives a clean copy for a noticeboard.
Good to know
- The services that come with a policy may differ from one policy to the next. Your support page lists services only from policies you are currently a member of.
- The weekly tip is chosen by the date alone. It is never chosen from anything you answered.
Questions
No. The crisis lines, the end-of-check-in screen and the free resources are the same for everyone. Your support page lists the same services either way. If you told the welcome survey which areas matter most to you, services in those areas come first.
Ask your HR team. On the support page you can open without logging in, a service your employer has added shows once it covers the whole workforce and has a way to reach it.
