Your answers
See your own check-in and health check-in answers over time, visible only to you, with no score or verdict.
Your answers shows what you have said in your check-ins and how it has changed. The page is shown only to you, and your employer never sees it. It lists your own answers as you gave them, with no overall score, no traffic-light colours and no verdict.
Where to find it
My Wellbeing, then the Your answers tile, in the Alltoogether app. If your employer uses the check-in on its own, without the full app, there is no Your answers page.
What you see
The page has two tabs, Work check-in and Health check-in. Each appears once you have answers for it, and shows your latest answers.
Answers are grouped under plain headings, such as Job Demands, Job Resources, Mental Health, Lifestyle and Financial, so related questions sit together. The headings only organise the page. They are not scores.
Each answer shows the option you chose, or your number out of the scale's maximum.
How your answers change
Once you have answered the same question more than once, each row shows a small arrow and "up from" or "down from" your previous answer, or "No change". It states the direction and nothing more. Nothing is coloured as better or worse.
When you have completed the same survey more than once, small line charts show your answers over time for up to eight questions, with the first and last dates marked. The lines are always the same neutral grey, whichever way they move.
A note above Mental Health answers
Whenever your Mental Health answers are on screen, a fixed note sits above them: "These are personal check-ins, not a diagnosis. If things feel heavy, support is here", with a link to your support page. Everyone sees this note, whatever they answered.
No score, anywhere
The app never turns your answers into a personal score, a traffic-light colour or a label. The check-in screens show no score either, and your home page shows how many check-ins you have taken part in, never a score.
Before your first check-in
If you have not finished a check-in yet, the page says "No results yet" with a button to start one.
Good to know
- Your employer cannot see this page or anything on it. They see only whole-organisation figures from five or more people. See Privacy.
- The welcome survey's health section is personal too. See Welcome survey.
Questions
The page is a record of what you said. The app never labels or grades your answers, because a check-in is not a diagnosis.
Data requests go through your HR team. The privacy and data panel in the app's Settings has the details.
