Dashboard and results
What the Wellbeing page shows you as an admin, tab by tab, and how to take the figures away as a report.
The Wellbeing page is where you read what your organisation said. Every figure on it is an anonymised average of five or more people, for the whole organisation. There is no team, department or manager view, and no screen shows an individual's answers.
Where to find it
Wellbeing under Insights in the admin portal. Exports are under Reports.
Before the first figures
Results appear as soon as five people have answered in a round. You do not have to wait for the round to close. Figures are refreshed every hour.
If your organisation uses the Intelligent Wellbeing Engine on its own, the results screen is filled with example data before your first round opens, clearly labelled as an example, so you can see what you will get. Once the round is open but has no figures yet, the page shows how it is going: invitations sent, whether the reminder has gone, and how many people have responded.
A banner on every view repeats the rule: all figures are anonymised averages of five or more people, individual responses are never shown, and below five no number is calculated at all.
The tabs
The headline picture for the organisation. It opens with What your workforce needs, which sets what people said they want against the support your organisation has listed. It never recommends buying anything.
Below that sit a one-line summary in plain English and a headline wellbeing figure. A chart of change over time appears once three rounds have closed. You can switch between a Simple and a Detailed reading level, and your browser remembers which you chose.
Adding monthly totals yourself
If you use the Intelligent Wellbeing Engine on its own without an HR system connection, paste or upload a small CSV of monthly totals: month, headcount, sickness days, leavers, holiday days taken and holiday days allowed. The format has no field for a person, a date of absence or a reason, so no personal data can go through it.
You see a preview before you submit. Afterwards the page tells you how many rows were accepted and lists any rejected row with the reason. Uploading a month again corrects it and does not create a duplicate.
Taking the figures away
Under Reports:
- The wellbeing report is a single printable page built from the same whole-organisation figures as the dashboard. View it on screen or save it as a PDF from your browser's print dialog.
- The wellbeing data export is a CSV of the same figures, five or more people each, for your own analysis.
Neither contains an individual answer.
Questions
Fewer than five people answered it. Below five, the figure is never calculated, so there is nothing to show.
No. You see how many people took part, never who.
