Intelligent Wellbeing Engine
What the Intelligent Wellbeing Engine is, what your people answer, what you see as an employer, and where to start.
The Intelligent Wellbeing Engine is a short, regular check-in for the people you employ. Every fortnight each person answers three questions, and you see what the whole organisation said once five or more people have answered. No employer screen shows an individual's answers.
It is in the platform now. Nothing reaches your people until an admin chooses who takes part and presses Launch.
How it works
An admin chooses who takes part: everyone on the roster, or a smaller group picked by name. Five people is the minimum.
Each person gets an email with a link. The first time, it opens a welcome survey that starts with nine questions. After that it is three questions a fortnight, one at a time, with a number to tap.
Every check-in ends with a thank-you, a short tip in weeks that have one (the same for everyone), and support lines that are always there.
The admin sees the organisation's picture once five people have answered. Each round after that adds to it.

Good to know
- Completing a check-in never earns coins or rewards, because rewards for answering would bias the answers.
- Every figure an employer sees is an anonymised average of five or more people. Below five, no number is calculated at all.
- Crisis and support lines appear on every check-in screen, for everyone, whatever they answer.
