Everything you need to know about Alltoogether, our platform, pricing, and how we work with you.
Alltoogether is an FCA-regulated employee benefits broker (FCA Number 946194) that uses technology to deliver better outcomes. We work with UK employers to build modern, transparent benefits strategies that actually engage employees and manage risk.
Unlike traditional brokers, we operate on a commission-only model with no management fees, no platform fees, and no setup fees. Everything is included: the platform, the Intelligent Wellbeing Engine (IWE), ongoing strategic support, and scheme management.
Alltoogether is built for UK employers with 50-5000 employees who want a modern, transparent approach to employee benefits. We work across all sectors, but we particularly partner with forward-thinking companies in law, financial services, technology, media, professional services, pharma, engineering, and real estate.
If you're tired of traditional brokers charging multiple fees while treating your benefits as a commodity, we're worth talking to. We focus on outcomes, not transactions.
Yes. We're fully FCA regulated under FCA Number 946194. We're an appointed representative of Sante Partners Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA Number 914023).
This means your benefits are protected by the same regulatory standards as any authorised insurance intermediary in the UK.
We partner with employers across multiple sectors:
Law Firms, Financial Services, Technology, Media & Advertising, Professional Services, Pharma & Life Sciences, Engineering & Manufacturing, and Real Estate.
Each sector has different risk profiles and benefits challenges. Explore sector-specific insights on our sectors page to see how we tailor our approach to your industry.
Commission-only. No management fee. No platform fee. No setup fee. Everything is included.
We're paid by the insurers when they place your business. There are no additional charges from us on top of your insurance premiums. This includes access to the platform, the Intelligent Wellbeing Engine, demo access, strategic advice, scheme management, ongoing support, and claims handling.
We're paid directly by the insurers when they write your policy, not by you. The insurance commission is set at the same rate across all brokers - it's not negotiable. The key difference is that traditional brokers add management fees, platform fees, and other charges on top of your premiums.
We don't. You pay only the insurance premium. We make our money from the commission that insurers pay us, so we're incentivised to get you the best outcome for your premium spend.
No. Our pricing model is completely transparent. Your costs are:
Your insurance premiums + nothing else.
The commission we receive from insurers covers the platform, the IWE, ongoing support, annual scheme management, claims handling, and strategic advice. There are no hidden setup fees, annual fees, per-employee charges, or platform charges. If we add value to our partnership (like training, communication campaigns, or wellness interventions), that's included too.
The Alltoogether platform is a modern benefits administration system that gives you real-time visibility and control over your employee benefits. It replaces fragmented spreadsheets and outdated legacy systems with a single source of truth.
You get live dashboards showing scheme status, claims data, employee engagement metrics, and people risk indicators. Your employees get a clean, modern portal where they can view their benefits, understand entitlements, and access support.
The IWE is a validated wellbeing measurement tool built into the Alltoogether platform. It measures five dimensions of workplace wellbeing: financial security, physical health, mental health, sense of purpose, and social connection.
Unlike generic surveys, the IWE surfaces people-risk data at team level, showing you where problems are emerging so you can take action before they become claims. It helps you understand not just how wellbeing is today, but where risks are developing across your organisation.
Yes. We recommend starting with our short qualification process so we can check we're a good fit for your organisation. Once we've confirmed alignment, we'll set up demo access to the platform and the IWE so you can see exactly how they work.
The demo is interactive - you'll be able to explore the dashboards, run reports, and see how the IWE surfaces people-risk data. We'll walk you through the key features and answer any questions.
Most transitions complete within 4-6 weeks. The timeline depends on the complexity of your schemes (medical insurance, group income protection, corporate pensions, etc.) and how quickly your current broker responds to transfer requests.
We handle the full transition: liaison with your existing broker and insurers, employee data migration, scheme setup on our platform, employee communications, and onboarding support. We coordinate everything so you don't have to.
No. We coordinate with your outgoing broker and insurers to ensure continuous cover throughout the entire transition. Your employees remain protected at every step.
The switch is smooth from an employee perspective. They'll receive communications about the new platform and support channels, but their coverage and benefits don't change.
Start by taking our short qualifier. This helps us understand your organisation, your current setup, and whether we're a good fit. It takes about 10 minutes.
Once qualified, we'll need: basic company details (size, sector, location), details of your current benefits schemes (who are your providers, what plans are in place), and key contacts for liaison.
We'll handle the rest. Our onboarding team will guide you through every step.
All employee data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We comply with GDPR, UK data protection law, and other relevant regulations.
Importantly: individual employee wellbeing responses are never shared with employers. The Intelligent Wellbeing Engine aggregates responses at team level only, so you see team-level people-risk insights without exposing individual privacy.
Read our full privacy policy for complete details on data handling, retention, and your rights.
UK and EEA data centres only. We use industry-standard infrastructure with SOC 2 controls and regular security audits. Your data never leaves the UK/EEA region.
We take data security seriously. Our infrastructure is designed with redundancy, automated backups, and disaster recovery protocols so your data is always protected and available.
