How an insurer prices a product, and how any intermediary is paid on it, varies by insurer and by product, and a general statement on a web page would be wrong for some readers. We state it specifically, in writing, before anyone commits to anything.

Those guides describe patterns reported across an industry and never a particular employer.

A free, anonymous, organisation-wide wellbeing check-in. Three questions about work and wellbeing every fortnight, under a minute, drawn from a set of nine: the same two every time, plus one that rotates. Results only ever appear as anonymised averages of five or more people, for the organisation as a whole. It is non-clinical and it is not a medical device. The IWE page covers how it works and what it does and does not measure.
The software that comes with our broking: an employee app where people find their benefits, the support services inside those benefits, their documents and their total reward statement, and an admin portal where the HR team runs the same ground organisation-wide. Every feature is a module that can be switched on or off per organisation, so what any given client sees is what they asked for. The platform page lists what is on it.
Employee data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and held in UK and EEA data centres. Individual wellbeing responses are never shown to an employer, or to us. The check-in reports only anonymised averages of five or more people, and that floor is enforced in the database rather than by a setting, so below five no figure is calculated at all. Participation appears as a count, never as names.
UK and EEA data centres only, with encryption, access controls, security testing and automated backups. Data does not leave the UK and EEA region.
Yes, and without talking to anyone first if you would rather not. The IWE is free for any employer, whether or not we broker anything for you, and the Strategy Audit is a free self-assessment with no call attached. Both are linked from this site and neither is conditional on buying insurance.
Appointing a broker changes who services your policies, not what you hold. The switching guide sets out the sequence, what typically happens at each step and what it does not change, in more detail than a FAQ answer can.
That answer depends on your insurers and the products involved, and it is a regulated statement, so we give it directly and specifically rather than generally on a web page. Ask us and we will set it out in writing before you commit to anything.
