usually ask us.

No. A broker transfer is a change of adviser - your insurer relationships remain in place. Policies continue unchanged. Employees don't need to do anything, and their cover is never interrupted during the transfer.
The broker transfer itself is typically completed within one to two weeks. Platform setup runs in parallel, usually going live two to four weeks after transfer. Your first wellbeing data arrives within 30 days of the platform launch.
Yes. We work with all major UK group insurance providers. You can keep your existing policies in place or we can put them to market at the next renewal opportunity - whichever is in your interest.
Nothing. We are paid commission by insurers - the same way all brokers are paid. Unlike many brokers, we don't charge a management fee, platform fee, or advisory fee on top. The platform, communication service, and IWE are all included.
You can transfer back at any time. Broker transfers are straightforward - the insurers simply re-direct commission to the new broker. There's no lock-in, no exit fee, no contract period. We think you won't want to, but the option is always there.
Individual wellbeing data is never visible to managers or HR. The system is built so that employers only ever see aggregated, anonymised team-level data - and only when at least five people have responded. Individual scores are private to the employee. Full details on the IWE page.
