Employee benefits broking

A benefits broker for the other 51 weeks.

We handle joiners, leavers and claims queries through the year. We deal with the insurers, update the platforms and check the changes have gone through.

That's part of the broking job as far as we're concerned. Your people get the platform too, with no separate platform fee.

With Zak or Rachel. Nothing to prepare, no obligation.

Through the year

From your arrangements to the next renewal.

Start with the arrangements you have

Bring your renewal dates, a list of the benefits you provide and the work that needs attention. We set out the proposed service, the information needed and the steps for appointing us.

Between renewals

Joiners, leavers and other changes are reported and followed through with the provider. We keep track of administration and claims queries, and keep benefit explanations, documents and claim contacts current.

Before a renewal decision

We review the service and arrangements, gather the information available from providers and agree what needs to be considered. We explain the options and their limits, then confirm the agreed actions.

We cannot promise that a claim will be accepted or how long a provider will take. A renewal does not always mean changing insurer or cover. Read the 51-Week Benefits Broker Standard.

Included with the broking

Your people get the platform too.

They can find their benefits and policy documents in one place, and ask our benefits team questions through online chat. There's no separate platform fee. See the whole platform →

How we're paid

No broker fee. No new cost line.

Our broking is paid by commission from the insurers, which is typically already built into the premiums an employer pays. Appointing us does not add a fee or a new cost line. What commission applies depends on the insurer and the product, and we set out the specific arrangement in writing before you commit to anything.

Moving to us

Changing broker is less work than staying.

1

You appoint us

A short letter telling your insurers we're now your broker. We prepare it; you sign it.

2

We pick up the work

We contact your insurers and take over the admin: joiners, leavers, queries and renewals.

3

Your cover carries on

Your policies stay in place. Your people get the platform, and we look at your cover properly before renewal.

Changing broker and changing insurance cover are separate decisions. The appointment process depends on the provider, policy and timing. We confirm the steps for your arrangements before you decide.

Bring your renewal dates.

Thirty minutes with Zak or Rachel. We look at your current cover and the work around it, and show you the platform. No preparation needed.

This page describes our service in general terms. The work agreed for your organisation depends on your policies, providers and circumstances. We do not provide pension advice.
