Finance login and exports
Give a named person in finance a login that sees one page, with project time and benefit memberships ready to download for payroll and P11Ds.
A Finance login is for the person who runs payroll or prepares P11Ds. They sign in to the admin portal and see one page, Finance. It holds two downloads: project time, in hours and in days, and benefit memberships. It never shows salaries, health, wellbeing or usage data, and it cannot reach any other part of the portal.
Where to find it
Finance in the admin portal sidebar, for people with a Finance login. Admins grant the login from a person's record under Employees, in the platform access section.
What Finance sees

Both are CSV files that open in any spreadsheet app. Days are worked out from your organisation's working day, set once in Settings, for example 7.5 or 8 hours.
Grant a Finance login
Good to know
- A Finance login sees no salaries, no wellbeing figures, no sickness and no usage data, by design.
- Removing the login is the same step in reverse, on the person's record.
- Where Projects is not switched on, the project time download is empty.
