Renewals

See when each of your policies renews, grouped by how soon, so nothing arrives as a surprise.

On for most organisationsMost organisations have this from their first day on the platform.

Renewals puts the renewal dates for the policies we arrange for you on one screen, grouped by how close they are. You can see what is coming well ahead of time and spot anything that has passed its date.

Where to find it

Renewals under Manage in the admin portal.

What the screen shows

Your policies are grouped three ways:

  • renewing within 30 days
  • renewing within 90 days
  • overdue.

Each policy in a group shows its product type, its insurer and its premium.

The screen is read-only. The dates come from the policies we hold for you, so when we update a policy, its renewal date updates here too. There is nothing for you to enter.

Where else renewal dates appear

Every policy on Policies carries its renewal or anniversary date. Open a policy and you also see the date its rate guarantee expires.

Cover you record yourself under Benefit information has its own renewal date and rate guarantee date. You fill those in from your schedule, and they are yours to keep current.

Good to know

  • If a renewal shows as overdue, or a date looks wrong, talk to your adviser.
  • If a renewal changes something for the people on one policy, an announcement can go to the members of that policy and nobody else.
  • See Benefits and policies for the full detail of each policy.
