Reports and dashboard

Read your dashboard, download your roster, leave, sickness and wellbeing data as CSV files, and save the wellbeing report as a PDF.

On for most organisationsMost organisations have this from their first day on the platform.

Reports is where you take your organisation's numbers away as files, for a board pack, a finance query or your own spreadsheet. Your dashboard is the screen you land on each time you sign in. Both are for admins only. Your people never see them.

Where to find it

Dashboard at the top of the sidebar. Reports under Insights.

Your dashboard

If your organisation has the full platform, the dashboard opens with cards for active employees, active policies, pending leave requests and a snapshot of your latest wellbeing check-in. Below them are shortcuts to Add Employee, Approve Leave, View Benefits, View Reports, Wellbeing and Settings. A shortcut only shows if that module is switched on for you.

On the free wellbeing plan the dashboard follows where you are.

  • Before your first check-in, it shows the results screen filled with example figures, clearly labelled as examples, next to the steps for building your roster and launching.
  • Once a round is open but there is nothing to publish yet, it shows how the round is going: invitations sent, the reminder sent, and how many people have answered.

Downloads

Each export is a CSV file you can open in any spreadsheet app.

ExportWhat it holds
Employee reportYour roster, including salary. The same file as Download CSV on the Employees page.
Leave utilisationLeave across the organisation, with days requested and approved by status.
Sickness absenceSickness absence records across the organisation.
Wellbeing dataThe same anonymised figures as your Wellbeing page, for your own analysis.

The Employee report carries pay, so store it and share it with the same care as payroll.

On for most organisationsThe wellbeing export needs the wellbeing check-in to be on for your organisation, as it is for most.

The wellbeing report

Open the organisation wellbeing report to see a single page, laid out for printing, built from the same figures as your Wellbeing page. To keep a copy, use your browser's print option and choose Save as PDF. Your browser offers the page title as the file name.

Every wellbeing figure, in the report and in the CSV, is an anonymised average of five or more people. Below five, no figure is calculated at all. There is no route in Reports to an individual's answers.

Good to know

  • Reports is switched on for most organisations. If you do not see it in your sidebar, it is off for yours. Ask us and we can switch it on.
