Support map and chat
List the support your organisation offers, share it on a page anyone can open, and get help from us through the chat in the portal.
Your support map lists the help your people can reach, from the services inside your insurance policies to the ones you run yourselves. Your people see it in their app, and you can share it on a page that needs no login. An accurate map means nobody goes looking for a service you do not have.
Where to find it
Support, under Insights in the admin portal.
What is on your map
The map has two kinds of entry.
Support that comes with your insurance, such as an employee assistance programme or a GP line included in a policy, appears automatically from the policies themselves. You cannot add these by hand, so the map can never list cover your organisation does not hold.
Support you provide yourselves, such as occupational health or a counselling service you pay for, is added by you.
Each entry shows the type of support, a description, how to reach it (instructions, a link or a phone number), who can use it, and which areas of wellbeing it covers.
Run the guided sweep
The quickest way to fill your map is the guided sweep. It takes you through each type of support in our catalogue and asks whether your organisation offers it. Where your policies already give the answer, it is filled in for you. You finish with a full list in one sitting.
The sweep is also step four of the setup wizard. If you skipped it there, it is waiting here.
Add, edit or remove a service
Choose a type from the catalogue. Types are grouped under headings such as "Mental health and emotional", "Getting seen by a clinician" and "Aches, pains, physical".
Add a description, how people reach it, and who it is for.
Save. You can edit or remove the entry at any time.
If what you offer does not fit any type, send us a "tell us what you provide" request describing it. We review it and can add it to the catalogue as a proper type.
Share your support page
Create a support page link and put it wherever your people will see it: the handbook, the intranet, a noticeboard. The page lists your support for anyone who opens it, with no login. It shows services that are open to your whole workforce and have a way to reach them, with each one's phone number, link, app name, access code or instructions. Below them are free resources and crisis lines that are always there (Samaritans, Mind, NHS 111 and 999).
Nothing on the page is tracked and no view is recorded. It has a print button for a paper copy.
Every check-in email carries a quiet link to this page in its footer. If you revoke the link, that line is simply left out.
Help and chat
A help button floats on every page of the admin portal. It opens answers to common admin questions, with the ones about the page you are on shown first, and a private chat with the Alltoogether team.
Your people have the same button in their app. Their chats come to the Alltoogether team and are never shown to you as their employer. The chat also lists Samaritans, Mind and your employee assistance programme.
Questions
Insured support only comes from your policies, so the map always reflects the cover you hold. If something from a policy is missing or wrong, tell us.
The page only shows services open to your whole workforce that have a way to reach them. Check who it is for and add a phone number, link or instructions.
No. Chats from your people go to the Alltoogether team, and what they say is not shared with you.
