    For wellbeing practitioners

The measurement layer your practice does not have to build

You set the strategy. Nine months later the client asks what changed, and the honest answer is that nobody measured, because measuring means buying a survey platform, writing the questions and running the project yourself.

The Intelligent Wellbeing Engine does that work. If you manage wellbeing strategy for other people's organisations, you can run it with your clients. It is free to them, and free to you.

Take a founding place → See what the Engine does →

Free for UK employers, whether or not we broker their benefits. No card, no per-seat fee, and no sales call landing on your client.

    Who this is for

Wellbeing work that somebody is accountable for, in organisations that are not their own employer alone.

    Independent

    Consultants with a client book

You carry two or more organisations, you own the relationship, and the strategy has your name on it.

    Practice

    Wellbeing, OH and EAP consultancies

You deliver assessment or interventions and have to report back on whether they landed.

    In-house

    Group and multi-company remits

One wellbeing lead across several companies, sites or a group structure, running the same problem many times over.

The bar: a relevant qualification or professional background, and organisations you are genuinely accountable to. Any size of company, any sector.

    What your client gets

The same Engine any UK employer can open today, running in your client's organisation.

    The measurement

    • Nine questions about work and wellbeing the first time, to set a baseline. After that it is three questions every fortnight, under a minute, from that same set of nine.
    • Validated instruments from published research, not questions somebody had to invent.
    • It measures the working conditions most closely linked in the research to burnout, absence and people leaving.
    • Non-clinical by design.

    The boundary

    • Organisation-wide patterns only. No individual answers, no team or manager view.
    • Nothing shows at all below five responses.
    • Employees get private routes to support that the employer never sees.
    • Every employee is told exactly this before they answer the first question.

    What you get

Not a reseller deal. The measurement running underneath the work you already do.

    Between your visits

    • Measurement that keeps running when you are not in the room, so the next session starts with movement rather than memory.
    • Evidence you can put in front of a board that is not your own opinion restated with more confidence.
    • A baseline taken before you intervene, which is the thing nobody remembers to do first.

    From us

    • Each client set up with you, not a self-serve form you end up project-managing.
    • A direct line to the people building it, not a support queue.
    • Founding terms carried forward when the practitioner workspace ships.
    The covenant

The practitioner owns the client. Always.

    • We do not market to your clients.
    • We do not time an approach to their renewal.
    • We do not sell around you, or wait for the relationship to cool.
    • Alltoogether is a benefits broker as well as the company behind the Engine. If your client ever becomes a broking conversation, it is because you opened it, on your terms.

Xero never opened an accounting firm. This is policy, not positioning, and it is the whole basis on which we are asking you to put your clients on our engine.

    What does not exist yet

Said plainly, because you would find out in week one anyway.

    Not built

    • One workspace across all your clients. Today you work inside each client's own Engine, alongside them.
    • Your practice's name on the screens.
    • Recording your interventions and measuring against them.
    • Client-ready exports for your own reporting.

    Which is the point

That list is the build. It is being designed now, and it is being designed with a small number of practitioners rather than guessed at by us.

If you want the workspace shaped around how your practice actually works, this is the month to say so.

    The founding group

A handful of practitioners, not a channel. Three things happen, in this order.

    1

    Thirty minutes

What you use with clients today, what it costs you, and where measurement falls over. We listen more than we talk.

    2

    One client live

One organisation you look after, set up on the Engine with you. Free to them, as the Engine is for any UK employer.

    3

    You shape the workspace

You see the practitioner workspace before anyone else and tell us where it is wrong. Founding terms are carried forward.

    Two questions worth answering plainly

    Why is it free?

The Engine is free to UK employers whether or not we broker their benefits. Every organisation that measures makes the benchmark underneath it better, and a benchmark is the one thing we cannot buy. That is the return we are taking, and it is enough.

What happens to my client's data?

Your client's organisation holds it. The employer sees organisation-wide aggregates and nothing else, and you see what your client gives you access to, on exactly the same terms. Patterns, never people. Nothing at all below five responses.

If you run wellbeing for other people's organisations, come and break this

Thirty minutes with Zak, who founded Alltoogether. No deck. If the workspace we are building is wrong for your practice, that is the most useful half hour you can give us.
