Alltoogether opens its workforce wellbeing Engine free to UK employers

Employers usually learn that work has got harder from an absence figure or a resignation. Their people usually never find the health support the employer is already paying for. The Engine makes both more visible with one piece of measurement: an organisation-wide read on the conditions around work that tend to show up later in absence and people leaving, which an employer can use to decide what deserves attention, including whether the support it already pays for is visible and easy to find. The individual's answers stay private: the employer sees the organisation-wide pattern, never who answered what. Free to any UK employer, funded by our broking, and not conditional on any insurance purchase.
